Multiple Revisions and Customization Requests

We value your feedback and understand that small creative or content adjustments may be needed during the process.

Here’s how it works:
👉 If you request minor improvements (for example, headline changes, icon updates, or small content edits), these are covered within the free customization limit included in your plan.

👉 If you require additional revisions beyond that limit, it’s absolutely possible. To maintain clarity and balanced workflow, extra customization hours may incur a small additional fee. This helps ensure expectations remain transparent and fair for both sides.


Customization Policy

Our landing pages, websites, and creatives come with a reasonable number of customization options, as defined in your selected plan.
These are designed to keep your brand aligned with marketing goals while allowing flexibility for your preferences.

A Change Request refers to modifications within the existing design structure — such as adjusting sections, adding content, or refining layout elements.
However, major redesigns or theme overhauls are not included as standard change requests.

Spelling or grammar corrections are excluded, while any creative or content improvements count as a change.

By default, all plans include 2 hours of complimentary customization per single service (unless otherwise mentioned in your offer).
In our experience, over 90% of business owners find this sufficient for their requirements.

If additional time is needed, our standard rate is ₹1,000 for every 2 hours of work.
(Charges may vary slightly based on complexity and scope.)


Creative Design – Quality Upgrade Options

The visuals and images we use for campaigns and social media posts follow a standard professional design approach.
If you require more high-end, visually rich images, you can opt for our Premium Creative Package — 15 premium-quality images at ₹10,000.

We usually recommend this upgrade only for brands with a long-term or higher marketing budget.
If your monthly marketing budget is below ₹1 lakh, we generally advise prioritizing ad strategy and campaign optimization over design upgrades — ensuring every rupee delivers measurable value.

 


Adaptive Pricing Model for Businesses with Operational Limits

If we observe after 2–3 months of working together that your business has a limited capacity to handle a high volume of customers, we may adjust our working model accordingly. For example, an interior design consultant may only be able to manage three projects at a time, a small broadband provider may only handle 200–250 clients due to maintenance limitations, or a car rental business with five cars may not be able to manage an excessive number of leads.

In such cases, where the business’s operational capacity is limited, we may continue our work under a fees plus profit-sharing model. In certain situations, after the initial 2-month period, we may also shift to a 6–12 month contract-based arrangement, depending on mutual understanding and business potential

Select Your Digital Marketing Category Carefully

We will carry out promotion and marketing activities for the categories discussed during our call or meeting. If you wish to include additional categories that were not part of the initial discussion, you may need to upgrade your plan. For more details on category selection, you can visit the ⟶ this link🔗

We recommend discussing such requirements beforehand. If your business has multiple categories to promote, or if an exception applies, it will be clearly mentioned in our offer that specific categories are included.

Service Included:

Our services include everything explicitly mentioned in our offerings. Any additional work not listed will be considered outside the scope and may incur charges based on an hourly rate starting at ₹1,000 per hour. Please note that these charges may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work category.

Example: If you request the addition of extra pages to your website that were not initially discussed or included in the project scope at the time of onboarding, an additional charge of ₹2000 per page will apply.

Yearly Hosting Charges:

 After the first year, you will need to pay yearly hosting & domain renewal fees, which cost  6000 / year. 

No Refunds :

Once payment is made, there are no refunds.

Not Responsible for Digital Asset Loss:

We are not responsible for any temporary suspension of your digital assets (such as your Facebook Page, Ad Account, or Google Business Profile) that may occur due to platform policies or internal actions by those platforms.

Compliance with Other Platform Policies :

We adhere to the policies set by Meta, Google, hosting providers, and domain name providers. For example, the approval of campaigns, ads, or ad accounts is subject to compliance with Meta’s advertising guidelines and policies.

Preferred Tools : 

We use tools and platforms that align with our expertise to deliver effective and efficient digital marketing results. These tools help us maintain accuracy, speed, and performance in our work.

If you prefer that we use specific tools of your choice, please note that additional charges may apply. This is because we would need to invest extra time in learning, adapting, or integrating those tools into our workflow. In certain cases, if we find the tool unsuitable or not aligned with our working process, we reserve the right to decline its usage

Ownership Disclosure and Non-Resale Terms: 

Our services are provided solely for your own business use. They should not be resold or transferred to any third party. We must also be informed about the actual business owner or owners who will be using the service. If your business is managed by family members or partners, we require basic KYC details for all key individuals. Kindly avoid sharing or passing our services to anyone else. If we notice that the service is being resold or used in an unintended way we may terminate the service without offering a refund.

Marketing Timeline: 

Our digital marketing services should be completed within given period. with an additional 15-day grace period. If there are unnecessary delays beyond, your service will expire, and you’ll need to make a new payment to restart.

Express Delivery: 

Express delivery is not included in the package. If you need the work done urgently, there’s an extra charge of applicable as per work requirement and time urgency 

Video / Reels Creations : 

Video creation or reel creation for ads or social media is not included in our package. 
      If our plans mention that videos or reels are included, please note that these will be template-based and created using stock images or stock video clips. They will not include professional videography or custom shoots unless such services are specifically mentioned and defined in the plan or offer

Plan Upgrade Policy:

After couple of months, if we believe your business is ready to handle a higher potential and can benefit from additional features available in the next tier, we may recommend upgrading your plan.
This upgrade allows us to introduce more advanced services such as automation, enhanced branding, and collaborations with influencers or content creators.

Not Responsible for Results: 

We can’t guarantee results, as digital marketing depends on many factors beyond our control. 

Timely Payment Policy:

 Payments must be made on the agreed schedule. If payments are delayed, we reserve the right to pause your marketing. 

Responsibility when you are granting access current website

this scenario is when we are working with business who already has website and sharing access to us, If you are granting website access from another digital marketing agency / consultant, ensure they follow standard practices, including performing weekly website backups. If they do not maintain backups and any issue arises while we are working on the site, we can request them to restore it. However, if they fail to do so or any problem occurs with your site, we will not be held responsible. 

Note: this is standard practice of any digital marketer professional or agency of having weekly  backup of website. ( this service provided via all hosting companies without charging additional money ) 

We recommend running marketing campaigns using a separate landing page / website which we operate completely from our end while keeping aside your current website managed by the agency. Grant us access to the  website only if you have an in-house team member or a trusted close family member,  who is readily available to assist whenever needed.

Storage Limit for Websites/Landing Pages :

The websites or landing pages we provide have a storage limit of up to 1GB. For reference, all the sample websites we’ve shared with you are under 500MB, ensuring efficient and optimized performance within this limit.
Beyond 1 GB of storage, additional space can be purchased if needed — starting from 25 GB at ₹3,000. This option is mainly useful for businesses that need to upload large files or online courses. In most cases (about 98% of small businesses), the standard 1 GB storage is sufficient.

Landing page / Website Design and Creative Decisions:

The design elements and image creatives for your landing pages and ad copies are selected based on our marketing strategy to ensure they align with and resonate with the target audience. While we can provide a few alternative options this may or may not be include additional fee, the final decision regarding colors and designs remains with us to maintain consistency and effectiveness in reaching the desired audience.

Reference Samples for Website and Landing Pages:

We have provided you with samples of websites and landing pages to serve as a reference. These samples align well with their respective businesses in terms of design, content, and color themes. However, your upcoming creatives and designs will be tailored specifically to your audience and market needs. While these references can guide the overall structure and aesthetics, our focus will be on creating a unique and effective digital presence that resonates with your target customers.

Our Marketing Objective are pre defined 

Similar to how categories are defined, each plan also includes a specific marketing objective. ( in our organic and paid marketing plans the default objective is conversions, to attract sales, leads, more welkins type of goals ) If you wish to achieve additional objective which were not discussed upon the call, you can buy separate plan that better fits your new goal. Website / Landing Page Modification:

The appearance and structure of website are created using templates and themes. We can make adjustments like updating content, adding or removing pages, and modifying existing information. However, if you request changes that require altering the underlying theme or template itself, those modifications fall outside our standard services.

Any such changes will be discussed based on your specific customization requirements. Typically, these types of modifications cost between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000. However, if the changes involve setting up or modifying automation-based marketing activities, the cost may range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, including platform charges. The final pricing will depend on the overall complexity and scope of the work.

Website Access and Hosting Policy


Website access will be provided through the website’s own login system, not via hosting server access / cpanel. This is our internal policy not to share access to our hosting or cPanel for security and management reasons, performance, or accidental changes that may affect our projects. 
If you wish to have your own separate hosting, it can be arranged at an additional cost of ₹20,000 per year (covering hosting and maintenance). Please note, these separate hosting plans are not part of our regular service packages.

The Good Thing for you to know is All key functions such as taking backups, installing plugins or software, managing SEO, automation, and other important tasks are handled directly through the website’s admin access.

We only recommend purchasing separate hosting only for businesses that have an in-house IT team member managing their digital infrastructure.

Backup Restoration Policy


Once website access is shared, if you or your partnering another professional/agency make changes that result in the website breaking or malfunctioning, a restoration charge of ₹500 will apply to restore the site from backup. This ensures we can quickly bring your website back to its original working state.

When your promotional campaigns stop, the landing page will be deactivated as well

This term is specially for our ” paid ads campaigns ” such as fb ads or google ads services, Landing pages created for promotional use remain active only while your campaigns are running. Once the campaigns are paused or end, the landing page will also be paused. If you prefer to keep it live, we can discuss the additional cost.

Domain Access Policy

The domain remains under our management for as long as you are actively using our services, ensuring proper security, smooth functioning, and uninterrupted maintenance. While we manage the domain on your behalf, you remain the ultimate owner of it. At any point, if you wish to gain full access or transfer management— This typically applies when someone decides to switch to another agency or professional —you have complete authority to request it. In such cases, our services may be concluded after completing the necessary handover process.

Provide Accurate Product and Pricing Details

We consider that you have shared accurate and complete details about the product or service you wish to promote, including its pricing. Our marketing plans ( Paid & Organic Marketing )  are structured based on the pricing range of the products or services being promoted.

If your offering has a higher value, you should choose the appropriate plan accordingly and clearly communicate those details to us. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect marketing performance, as marketing high-value products with a lower budget can lead to results that do not meet expected outcomes.

Please ensure that all product and service details, along with pricing information, are correctly provided before we begin your marketing activities

Contact Information Placement in Campaigns

For best practices and accurate tracking, we often avoid placing direct business contact details (like phone numbers or addresses) on campaign creatives or landing pages. This helps maintain a clean design and ensures accurate performance tracking.

Instead, we use dedicated tracking numbers or contact methods that allow us to monitor user activity and campaign effectiveness with more precision.

Your official business number will still appear on organic posts, social media profiles, and awareness campaigns, but not in sales, lead generation, or conversion-focused campaigns, where tracking accuracy is essential.

If you prefer your original business contact information to appear directly on marketing creatives, you can send us a short message via WhatsApp or email stating:

“Number placement in marketing advertising is more necessary than tracking and performance monitoring of ads.”

Although this is not a strict term but rather a recommendation, you can request this change anytime. We can also revert to the default tracking setup within three days if required. We recommend following our tracking-based approach during the initial phase so we can better understand your audience behavior before adding your direct contact details to ads or landing pages.

So here’s how it works:
👉 You have requested that your number or address be shown upfront, so we’ll adopt that and place your contact details directly in the campaign.
👉 You later realize the previous performance was better, so we’ll remove the number again and return to the tracking-based setup.

Pricing Visibility Guidelines

Similar to the approach used for contact and address placement, we follow a clear method for deciding how pricing appears in your campaigns.We request you to follow our guidance. When we recommend showing pricing upfront, it should be displayed. When we advise keeping pricing hidden, it should remain hidden. Our recommendations are based on your business type and ongoing market trends.

If you prefer to keep pricing hidden / visible as per your conviencice  in the initial phase, you can message us anytime with your preference. We will adjust the campaigns so that pricing is removed from the creatives or landing pages and instead explained when the lead connects.

Just like the contact-number scenario, this is not a strict rule. You can request changes at any point, and we can switch between showcasing or hiding prices depending on your preference. However, we recommend to follow our expertise while deciding if pricing should be displayed or hidden

Here is how it works:
👉 If you want prices to be shown / hidden upfront, we will adjust accordingly
👉 If you later feel that we have to reverse our action, we will adjust based on your suggestion

Few Mixed Suggestions

If you believe something important is missing from the campaign, we can definitely include it. We only request that the placement be done correctly based on our experience, whether it belongs in the headline, image text, landing page title, description, or other sections. Not everything needs to appear on the creative itself. Many times, distributing information across different parts of the funnel works far better.

Awareness campaigns and sales or lead-generation campaigns often require different content structures. So it is not always necessary to include everything your business offers in a single campaign.

For organic posts, you can freely suggest ideas and content. However, in paid campaigns, especially sales or lead-focused ads, we recommend avoiding unnecessary changes because they disrupt the clean and strategic design structure.

In many cases, a business owner’s personal taste and the target audience’s preference differ. For example, an owner may prefer bright colors, while the audience responds better to softer, lighter colors. This is why campaigns are designed based on audience behavior, not personal preference.

The best practice is to allow us to manage your marketing for the first 20 to 30 days with minimal adjustments from your side. Once we see clear patterns and results, you can begin contributing your ideas more actively.
