Limited Customization ( Change Request ) :

              The landing pages, websites, and creatives we provide come with limited customization options, meaning only a certain number of changes can be made.

               Our services are designed based on our expertise and the selected package, ensuring that the content and design align with marketing requirements. While we strive to create the most effective solutions, we understand that business owners may have specific preferences. Therefore, we offer a certain number of customization options as part of the package.

What is customization ( change ) 

              A Change Request refers to modifications or enhancements within the existing design framework rather than a complete overhaul of the website theme, layout, or image design. It typically includes adjustments such as adding or removing specific content, incorporating additional features, or inserting new images. However, fundamental design changes, including full redesigns of pages or graphics, are not considered part of a standard change request. Additionally, spelling or grammar corrections do not fall under change requests, But any improvement will count as a change request.

                The details of these customizations ( Changes Request )  are outlined in our service offerings. If not explicitly mentioned, our standard policy includes up to 10 customizations per month within the package. Business owners can request modifications within this limit at no additional cost. However, any customization requests beyond this limit will incur additional charges based on the scope of work required.

                  If you wish to modify the theme / overall design of a website using a standard theme ( for those Website which costs under 10000 inr ) , a fee of ₹1,000 will be applicable. For design or theme changes on a premium website ( for those Website which cost above 20000 ) , the charges will range between ₹3,000 and ₹4,000, depending on the complexity of the modifications.

Batching Changes Efficiently

  • All requested changes should be provided in one go or within a short timeframe. While the exact duration may vary depending on the service (e.g., creatives, brochures, websites), the overall approach remains the same.
  • For example, if you need modifications in a creative, you must provide all change requests at once instead of requesting them step by step.
  • Website changes should be provided within 5-7 days and should not extend into a prolonged, multi-week process.

Change Requests Handling

    • If you have multiple change requests, they must be discussed and finalized ( implemented )  through a live screen-sharing session (online) or an in-person meeting.
    • Multiple Change requests cannot be processed effectively over a phone call.

Website  / Creative Design

  Quality Upgrade Options

If you believe that the current images or web design quality should be having of higher in quality and designs should be appealing like extra ordinary, you have the option to upgrade by investing more in premium design and high-quality website themes.

For instance, our standard website package, which includes hosting, content, and essential design elements, is available for under ₹10,000. However, if you prefer a more sophisticated design with a premium-quality theme, the cost will range between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000.

 

Similarly, the images we use for campaigns and social media posts follow a standard design approach. If you require highly professional and more visually appealing images, you can opt for our premium package of 15 images as an add-on for ₹10,000.

We generally recommend these higher-quality design upgrades only if you have a substantial long-term marketing budget. If your monthly marketing budget is less than ₹1 lakh, investing in premium design assets may not provide significant value. Instead, it is advisable to allocate resources strategically to maximize returns.

Service Included:

Our services include everything explicitly mentioned in our offerings. Any additional work not listed will be considered outside the scope and may incur charges based on an hourly rate starting at ₹1,000 per hour. Please note that these charges may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work category.

Example: If you request the addition of extra pages to your website that were not initially discussed or included in the project scope at the time of onboarding, an additional charge of ₹2000 per page will apply.

Pricing Based on Initial Information:

Our pricing is based on the details you initially provided about your product or service. If you decide to add more categories later, the price may change. For example, if a restaurant hires us to promote customer walk-ins and later decides to promote banquet services too, the charges may differ.

Yearly Hosting Charges:

 After the first year, you will need to pay yearly hosting fees, which cost  3000 / year. 

The website hosting renewal charges may vary  ( high ) upto 7000/-  depending on the organic or paid traffic your website receives.

Footer Reference :

The websites / Landing we create will include a reference to ” Website Developed & Marketed By my pune .in” in the footer section, serving as acknowledgment of our services to our portfolio

No Refunds :

Once payment is made, there are no refunds.

Not Responsible for Digital Asset Loss:

We’re not responsible if your digital assets (like your Facebook page or ad account, google business profile ) are temporarily suspended. 

Our service is not a collaborative effort, its more like project take over:

When you met with us, you provide key details about your business, products, and services, and related details to your business  and its products / services,  Using this information, we strategize and craft digital marketing campaigns tailored to your business, leveraging our experience and industry knowledge.

When you engage our digital marketing services, you are entrusting us with the responsibility of executing marketing campaigns based on our experience and expertise. This means that we take full control of the project, delivering according to proven strategies and industry best practices. Our service is not a collaborative effort where tasks are completed based on ongoing suggestions or step-by-step guidance from the client. Instead, we apply our professional knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes for your business.

Our digital marketing process is based on taking up your project and delivering using our experience and expertise. We do not entertain suggestions or feedback about how we should execute digital marketing for your business. If you are serious about improving your business’s digital marketing, focus on providing us with detailed information about your business. If you genuinely want to support us in optimizing your digital marketing efforts, collaborate with us to provide a deeper understanding of your business. Share insights about your competition, pricing strategy, and the trending products or services in your industry. During ongoing campaigns, keep us informed about their impact on your business—such as audience reactions, whether they are showing interest positively, and any other responses you receive. Your feedback helps us refine strategies for better results.

Instead of suggesting how digital marketing should be done by us, invest your energy in providing us with these crucial details to help us deliver optimal results.

Collaboration-Based Work & Additional Charges

  • If you require a collaborative approach where we work together  throughout the project, additional charges will apply—starting from ₹5000 and varying based on workload.
  • If you prefer a collaborative working method, please discuss and confirm this before the project begins to avoid misunderstandings.

                While we generally do not recommend a collaborative approach, as it may interfere with our skilled marketing expertise and project execution and its often time consuming , this option can be beneficial if you already have an in-house digital marketer, marketing manager, or specific company branding guidelines to follow. In such cases, our collaborative service can help align the project with your existing approach.

Preferred Tools : 

We utilize tools and platforms that align with our expertise to deliver effective digital marketing solutions.  For instance, we prefer using WordPress for creating landing pages and websites, ensuring high-quality results within our established workflow.

Marketing Timeline: 

Our digital marketing services should be completed within given period. with an additional 15-day grace period. If there are unnecessary delays beyond, your service will expire, and you’ll need to make a new payment to restart.

Express Delivery: 

Express delivery is not included in the package. If you need the work done urgently, there’s an extra charge of ₹3000. Standard setup and website creation usually take 3 to 10 days, and in some cases, it may take up to 15 days for analysis and finalization.

Video / Reels Creations Not Included :

Unless & Until Not Mentioned In Package 

Video creation or reel creation for ads or social media is not included in our package. We recommend that videos and reels are not necessary in the initial phase, but if you request them, additional service charges may apply. Similarly, if any extra software or additional work is required for this marketing package, it may incur extra costs

Compliance with Other Platform Policies :

We adhere to the policies set by Meta, Google, hosting providers, and domain name providers. For example, the approval of campaigns, ads, or ad accounts is subject to compliance with Meta’s advertising guidelines and policies.

Not Responsible for Results: 

We can’t guarantee results, as digital marketing depends on many factors beyond our control. 

Timely Payment Policy:

 Payments must be made on the agreed schedule. If payments are delayed, we reserve the right to pause your marketing campaigns. We do not accept conditions like “complete this task first, then I’ll pay.” Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service.

Responsibility when you are granting access current website

this scenario is when we are working with business who already has website and sharing access to us, If you are granting website access from another digital marketing agency, ensure they follow standard practices, including performing weekly + monthly website backups. If they do not maintain backups and any issue arises while we are working on the site, we can request them to restore it. However, if they fail to do so or any problem occurs with your site, we will not be held responsible. 

Note: this is standard practice of any digital marketer of having weekly + monthly backup of website.

We recommend running marketing campaigns using a separate landing page which we operate completely from our end while keeping aside your current website managed by the agency. Grant us access to the  website only if you have an in-house team member or a trusted close family member,  who is readily available to assist whenever needed.

Storage Limit for Websites/Landing Pages :

The websites or landing pages we provide have a storage limit of up to 1GB. For reference, all the sample websites we’ve shared with you are under 500MB, ensuring efficient and optimized performance within this limit.
( you can verify this disc in one to one  personal meeting, we can showcase your site disc information in our C panel ) 

Landing page / Website Design and Creative Decisions:

The design elements and image creatives for your landing pages and ad copies are selected based on our marketing strategy to ensure they align with and resonate with the target audience. While we can provide a few alternative options this may or may not be include additional fee, the final decision regarding colors and designs remains with us to maintain consistency and effectiveness in reaching the desired audience.

Reference Samples for Website and Landing Pages:

We have provided you with samples of websites and landing pages to serve as a reference. These samples align well with their respective businesses in terms of design, content, and color themes. However, your upcoming creatives and designs will be tailored specifically to your audience and market needs. While these references can guide the overall structure and aesthetics, our focus will be on creating a unique and effective digital presence that resonates with your target customers.

Website / Landing Page Modification:

The appearance and structure of website are created using templates and themes. We can make adjustments like updating content, adding or removing pages, and modifying existing information. However, if you request changes that require altering the underlying theme or template itself, those modifications fall outside our standard services.

If such changes be essential for your business , we can collaborate to hire a coding expert on an hourly paying basis. (  payment should be made to the expert and also additional charge will be paid to us for collaborating services ) 

Website Login Access Policy

Our standard package does not include sharing website login credentials. If you require access for research, learning, exploring or working on site with another digital marketer on the current site, additional annual charges will apply. These charges start at ₹3000 and may vary based on the project’s workload and requirements. 

Website/Landing Page Transfer Charges:

 If you wish to switch to another service provider or move your digital marketing efforts in-house, the applicable charges are as follows:

For New Clients (Onboarded Recently):
  • Hosting Charges: 1200
  • Our Service Fees: ₹800
  • Total: ₹2000
For Old Clients (If  We Managed marketing spend of ₹30,000+):
  • Hosting Charges: ₹1200
  • Our Service Fees: ₹5000
  • Total: ₹6200

These charges reflect the transition costs associated with Website / landing page service handover. ( in this way we will be exited and you would be owner )

Our work is guided by the terms and conditions we set, regardless of suggestions from you, your business partners, family members, or comparisons with services offered by other providers. Our approach is designed to deliver the best results and maintain the efficiency of our process.
