Terms & Condition Of Our Services
Website / Landing Page Modification:
The appearance and structure of website are created using templates and themes. We can make adjustments like updating content, adding or removing pages, and modifying existing information. However, if you request changes that require altering the underlying theme or template itself, those modifications fall outside our standard services.
If such changes be essential for your business , we can collaborate to hire a coding expert on an hourly paying basis. ( this payment should be made by you to the expert and also few additional charge will be paid to us for collaborating services )
Limited Customization:
The landing pages, websites, and creatives we provide come with limited customization options, meaning only a certain number of changes can be made.
Service Included:
Our services include everything explicitly mentioned in our offerings. Any additional work not listed will be considered outside the scope and may incur charges based on an hourly rate starting at ₹1,000 per hour. Please note that these charges may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the work category.
Compliance with Other Platform Policies :
We adhere to the policies set by Meta, Google, hosting providers, and domain name providers. For example, the approval of campaigns, ads, or ad accounts is subject to compliance with Meta’s advertising guidelines and policies.
In-Person Meetings for Unresolved Issues :
If certain matters cannot be resolved over the phone or through online meetings, we will arrange an in-person meeting at our place in Kunjir Chowk, Pimpri Saudagar. We are not responsible for providing in detailed explanations for multiple times over phone calls.
Footer Reference :
The websites / Landing we create will include a reference to ” Website Developed & Marketed By my pune .in” in the footer section, serving as acknowledgment of our services to our portfolio
No Refunds :
Once payment is made, there are no refunds.
Not Responsible for Digital Asset Loss:
We’re not responsible if your digital assets (like your Facebook page or ad account) are temporarily down. However, we will help you recover them.
Marketing Tactics and Inputs :
We may not follow marketing strategies or assets created by you. Usually we use our expertise to craft a marketing asset / idea based on your product, audience, customer behavior, and trends. ( Example: – We reserve the right to deny your image creative for our marketing campaigns
Criteria for Considering Marketing Strategies:
We are open to considering your marketing strategies if your business has at least one dedicated marketing professional. Please note that we do not consider the business owner as a marketing expert for this purpose.
Preferred Tools :
We utilize tools and platforms that align with our expertise to deliver effective digital marketing solutions. While we welcome your ideas and suggestions, we reserve the right to decline the use of tools outside our expertise. For instance, we prefer using WordPress for creating landing pages and websites, ensuring high-quality results within our established workflow.
Marketing Timeline:
Our digital marketing services should be completed within 30 days. The landing page/website setup will take 3 to 10 days, and the paid promotion should happen within the following 20 days (with an additional 15-day grace period). If there are unnecessary delays beyond 45 days, your service will expire, and you’ll need to make a new payment to restart.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery is not included in the package. If you need the work done urgently, there’s an extra charge of ₹3000. Standard setup and website creation usually take 3 to 10 days, and in some cases, it may take up to 15 days for analysis and finalization.
Video / Reels Creations Not Included:
Video creation or reel creation for ads or social media is not included in our package. We recommend that videos and reels are not necessary in the initial phase, but if you request them, additional service charges may apply. Similarly, if any extra software or additional work is required for this marketing package, it may incur extra costs
Not Responsible for Results:
We can’t guarantee results, as digital marketing depends on many factors beyond our control. If one platform ( google ads, facebook ads, youtube ads ) or category \ offer doesn’t work, we’ll try something else, but we can’t be blamed for the outcome.
Timely Payment Policy:
Payments must be made on the agreed schedule. If payments are delayed, we reserve the right to pause your marketing campaigns. We do not accept conditions like “complete this task first, then I’ll pay.” Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service.
Pricing Based on Initial Information:
Our pricing is based on the details you initially provided about your product or service. If you decide to add more categories later, the price may change. For example, if a restaurant hires us to promote customer walk-ins and later decides to promote banquet services too, the charges may differ.
Storage Limit for Websites/Landing Pages :
The websites or landing pages we provide have a storage limit of up to 1GB. For reference, all the sample websites we’ve shared with you are under 500MB, ensuring efficient and optimized performance within this limit.

Landing page / Website Design and Creative Decisions:
The design elements and image creatives for your landing pages and ad copies are selected based on our marketing strategy to ensure they align with and resonate with the target audience. While we can provide a few alternative options this may or may not be include additional fee, the final decision regarding colors and designs remains with us to maintain consistency and effectiveness in reaching the desired audience.

Our fees are specifically for our digital marketing work, which focuses on reaching the correct audience for our client’s business online. Many people often assume that our charges are just for creating images, managing social media accounts, or designing ad visuals. However, this is not the case. The majority of our fees are dedicated to the strategic efforts we invest in promoting and positioning our client’s business effectively online. Yearly Hosting Charges:
After the first year, you will need to pay yearly hosting fees, which cost upto 3000 / year. ( this may be vary from project to project in some incenses we also charge 1200/- )
Website/Landing Page Access: :
For security reasons, we don’t share admin login details for websites / landing pages,
If you wish to switch to another service provider or move your digital marketing efforts in-house, the applicable charges are as follows:
For New Clients (Onboarded within the last 3 months):
- Hosting Charges: Free
- Our Service Fees: ₹500
- Total: ₹500
For Old Clients (If We Managed marketing spend of ₹30,000+):
- Hosting Charges: ₹1200
- Our Service Fees: ₹5000
- Total: ₹6200
These charges reflect the transition costs associated with Website / landing page service handover. ( in this way we will be exited and you would be owner )
